About i-Chef

“As a professional chef I regularly needed to source new suppliers – talented people – support services and creative ideas. Before i-Chef I could only rely on a close group of trusted and respected friends.”

I created i-Chef to answer all these challenges exclusively for the UK hospitality industry. Everyone I know struggles with the same challenges. i-Chef is about developing relationships based on trust and confidence. We bring you carefully selected suppliers all recommended and approved. We host events, training days, and unique gatherings so we can all meet in person. Whilst this website is the easiest way to communicate and stay in touch but meeting in person face to face is invaluable.

So this is a network for business purposes, but friendships will probably develop.

I have worked for nearly 25 years in Executive Chef positions for Intercontinental Hotels, Hilton and more recently at The House of Commons. I was responsible for ensuring the food standards, pricing, and productivity all work to create profit.

I most recently formed i-Chef as a way to allow others to utilise my contacts and expertise in hospitality


Hello, I'm Anton

I was born in Germany and got my first professional job at the Savoy.

I returned to work in Germany before coming back to London to work at The Dorchester hotel under Anton Mosimann. I then went on to Grosvenor House before returning to the Savoy.
